What You’ll Be Contributing:

  • Serve as a key liaison between the Product Managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication across departments;
  • Validate new order configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance with product specifications;
  • Maintain and update the product configurator tool to reflect current offerings and configurations;
  • Configure products based on established product pages within the configurator system;
  • Support vendor communications related to forecasting, product roadmaps, and technical inquiries;
  • Coordinate and track product line activities, including component shipments, demo requests, and inventory purchases;
  • Create and document Engineering Change Requests (ECR);
  • Oversee product lifecycle stages and manage certification processes to ensure market readiness;
  • Assist in Bill of Materials (BOM) management within the ERP system to maintain data integrity;
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create and update product collaterals;
  • Generate, publish, and maintain departmental reports, including KPIs and performance metrics for the Product Management team;
  • Create and manage product nomenclatures to ensure consistency across systems and documentation;
  • Identify root causes of operational or product-related issues and collaborate with others to implement effective solutions.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
  • 3+ years of experience with PC/Server components (processor, memory, storage, cabling, etc.);
  • High-level understanding of workstation and/or server BOM;
  • Technical skills to navigate ERP systems (e.g., SAP);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive);
  • Ability to communicate and maintain product standards;
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks in parallel;
  • Strong proofreading skills to detect errors in formatting.
