The Opportunity
Join the Product Marketing and Marketing teams to help accelerate the awareness, adoption, and advocacy for TrustArc products. Looking for a “full stack” content strategist and product marketer — a critical thinker, problem-solver, and doer who can help with education and understanding of the exciting privacy space.
Important note
Annual Contract, Full-time (1 year, potential renewal).
What You Will Do
- Deliver high-quality messaging and positioning that communicates the value of new and existing capabilities.
- Create content and lead product launches, positioning, sales materials, and demand generation campaigns (landing pages, email campaigns, social media, blogs).
- Write and experiment (A/B testing) website content (messaging and positioning) with a data-driven approach.
- Project manage and collaborate with internal and external partners on product demo videos, including writing and developing video content.
- Develop website content with a focus on solution marketing messaging, making technical content accessible.
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to shape messaging, campaigns, and sales materials.
- Drive market analysis, competitor research, customer persona development, and value proposition creation.
- Develop training materials for customer-facing teams to educate on product messaging and positioning.
- Plan and lead product marketing activities for product launches.
- Assist with strategic initiatives to drive customer adoption and maximize value for existing customers.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Privacy experts, and Agencies to create comprehensive funnel marketing content.
- Lead research projects for thought leadership and insights.
What You Will Bring
- 2+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, or related fields.
- Strong content development skills (ebooks, blogs, demo videos, emails, sales materials).
- Experience in SaaS or B2B startups is a plus.
- Proven ability to craft compelling product narratives.
- Experience leading product marketing activities with effective project management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of strategic product marketing campaign development.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into accessible content for diverse audiences.

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 CAD per year. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, location, and applicable laws.
