Product Marketing Manager

Toronto—Hybrid

The Opportunity

As BorderPass continues to scale, we’re hiring a Marketing & Product Manager to own strategy, growth, and execution for one of our most important customer segments. This hybrid role blends product thinking, go-to-market strategy, messaging, and UX.

You’ll define what we build, how we talk about it, and how customers experience it—collaborating closely with marketing, product, support, and legal. You’ll be hands-on across research, roadmaps, launch plans, campaign execution, and Figma mockups.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Product Leadership

  • Define segment goals, success metrics, and product priorities
  • Translate customer insights into features and flows
  • Maintain a segment-specific product backlog and work closely with engineering
  • Validate desirability, viability, and usability before launch
  • Analyze usage patterns and market trends to guide development

Go-To-Market & Growth

  • Craft clear, benefit-led messaging and positioning
  • Develop pricing, go-to-market, and launch strategies
  • Plan and run campaigns that drive conversion and retention
  • Lead the development of landing pages, onboarding content, and sales decks

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Align marketing, support, sales, and development around launches
  • Use Figma to mock and iterate on UX flows and interface concepts
  • QA final output in staging/production and work closely with a front-end developer
  • Produce documentation and training materials to support adoption
  • Track timelines, blockers, and KPIs

Experience Design & Optimization

  • Define customer journey flows across touchpoints (web, product, email, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to deliver intuitive, outcome-driven experiences
Who You Are
  • 4–6 years in a hybrid product and marketing role at a tech company
  • Proven track record of owning a product area and delivering feature launches
  • Strong instincts around positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution
  • Hands-on experience with Figma
  • Familiar with interpreting behavioral data to drive decisions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust startup environment
  • Comfortable using AI tools to streamline content development and iteration
  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS, legal tech, immigration, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with Canada’s International Student Program is a plus

Salary: $100,000–$110,000
