Job Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product adoption and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our courses meet market needs and deliver exceptional value to our students. If you are highly motivated to drive KPIs and you are as analytical as you are creative, we encourage you to apply.

Your Qualifications :

  • 5 years’ experience working in growth, product or lifecycle marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Business Administration

Duties

  • Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Get to know our brands and target markets inside and out. This includes further defining our customer personas and assessing product market fit.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with our course development team to define product positioning and messaging.
  • Manage product launches and promotional campaigns across various channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI (GA4).
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

  • A great attitude and you like to receive and give constructive feedback
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools (email, social, seo)
  • Exceptional data analytics skills (GA4) with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively.
  • Proven results in driving revenue growth through your product marketing efforts.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to bring people together to accomplish company goals.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
