A leading Canadian bank is seeking a Senior Product Manager to innovate and manage their enterprise-wide customer data platform. This role involves developing strategies, delivering new products, and leading a Scrum team to enhance customer experience in digital banking. Reporting to the Group Product Manager, Digital Banking, and working alongside senior management, the Senior Product Manager is responsible for devising strategies and launching agile initiatives to develop Equitable Bank’s enterprise-wide customer data platform. Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications include a Post-Secondary Degree in relevant fields, with a preference for an MBA or graduate degree, and 10+ years of experience in financial institutions leading data platforms and online banking channels. Experience in Fraud domain, core banking systems, SDLC, and Canadian banking regulations is highly preferred. Strong project management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
