Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager II, Financial Data - Screening & Search for a Canada-based role. You will define roadmaps, translate customer needs into concrete requirements, and guide features from discovery to launch in a SaaS environment.

You will work closely with engineering, data platform, AI/ML, and GTM teams to improve content structure, indexing, ranking, and retrieval quality, helping financial professionals access critical information efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and managing SaaS products.
• Experience with financial data products.
• Proven experience owning roadmaps and delivering features end-to-end in SaaS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write clear PRDs, roadmaps, user stories.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail; managing backlogs and dependencies.
• Strategic thinking with a customer discovery mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data platform, AI/ML, GTM).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Nice to have: familiarity with AI-powered search or agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute short- and mid-term product roadmaps for financial data search, screening, and agentic capabilities.
• Develop an understanding of target personas and how they discover, screen, and query financial information.
• Evaluate gaps in searchability, screening logic, and content structure to improve indexing, ranking, and discoverability.
• Create PRDs informed by customer discovery and business objectives, focusing on search relevance and agentic retrieval.
• Partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to coordinate development, launches, and adoption of new features.
• Collaborate with data platform and AI/ML teams to structure financial content for search systems and tools.
• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to post-launch iteration.
• Establish QA strategies to evaluate search accuracy and AI retrieval reliability.
• Work with data platform teams to ensure reliable data delivery and indexing performance.
• Maintain a well-organized backlog and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
