Job summary

Fastfrate Group is seeking a Product Manager – Digital Solutions to own and enhance customer shipping systems and digital tools. You will translate customer needs into requirements, lead roadmaps, and work with Technology and external partners to deliver intuitive, integrated experiences.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and IT, with a focus on improving quote-to-delivery workflows and analytics. On-site Woodbridge, Ontario.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, MIS or related field is considered an asset.
• 3–5+ years in product management, digital product development, or related roles.
• Experience developing BRDs, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with digital shipping portals, TMS, or logistics platforms is preferred.
• Strong customer-experience and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Innovate and own Fastfrate Group customer shipping systems and digital products.
• Translate customer needs into detailed system requirements and roadmaps.
• Lead business requirements, user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, Technology, and partners across development lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions deliver intuitive, consistent customer journeys across platforms.
• Promote prioritized feature development aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and post-implementation follow-up.
