Who you are

An experienced Product Manager with a strong background in data-centric cybersecurity, capable of leading impactful use case development to reduce risk and deliver measurable value. You own the product lifecycle from ideation to go-to-market, ensuring alignment with customer needs and strategic goals. You leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance requirement creation, focusing on delivering fast, precise solutions.

What you will do

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from roadmap to launch, ensuring quality and impact.
• Cybersecurity Expertise: Design use cases addressing risks like data retention and sensitive information management.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand challenges and refine solutions.
• Use Case Development: Collaborate with teams to embed use cases into the platform, providing actionable insights.
• Requirement Creation: Use AI tools to streamline detailed requirements while maintaining accuracy.
• Documentation & QA: Prepare user guides, release notes, and ensure product quality.
• Collaboration: Work with engineering, marketing, and sales to deploy features effectively.
• Metrics & Improvement: Monitor KPIs to guide product enhancements.

Minimum qualifications

• Alignment with core values
• At least 6 years in data-centric cybersecurity and risk management
• At least 6 years in product management, developing customer-focused use cases
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Google Workspace
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with AI tools is a plus
• Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on enterprise value

Nice to have

• Residing in Quebec or Ontario
• Startup experience
• Bilingual in English and French
