What you'll do

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager specializing in Content AI & Process Automation. In this role, you will leverage automation and artificial intelligence to enhance our Product Information Management (PIM), Product Content Management (PCM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Workflow Management platforms. Your immediate goal is to enable seamless product onboarding for retail and eCommerce, ensuring products go online within 24 hours by integrating automation to reduce manual effort and increase speed to market.

  • Business Process Requirements: Lead the implementation of AI and automation capabilities based on defined business process requirements across PIM, PCM, DAM, and Workflow platforms to streamline product onboarding and content creation at scale for marketing channels.
  • AI and Automation Enablement: Develop strategies to optimize content management and product onboarding, reducing manual effort and accelerating time-to-market.
  • Prompt Engineering: Hands-on development of prompts and responses in AI language models tailored to business needs.
  • Collaboration: Work with Product Managers to enable shared AI services and automation solutions.
  • Technical Liaison: Coordinate with IT teams, third-party SI, and AI SaaS providers for AI solution integration.
  • Data Science and Technical Skills: Use data science techniques, and apply skills in Python, SQL, JavaScript to support AI automation initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting: Engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and implement KPI tracking for AI performance and optimization.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with strong ownership skills.
  • Solid background in AI and data science, with hands-on prompt engineering experience in OpenAI and Microsoft Azure AI solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript is highly desirable.
  • Experience with PIM, PCM, DAM, commerce, and content management platforms, and SaaS AI platforms, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies; SAFe certification is a plus.
