Responsibilities

• Research, gather, and scope product requirements
• Survey and interview stakeholders
• Define and translate product needs into high-level features, epics, and acceptance criteria
• Document and communicate project aspects such as objectives, scope, and requirements with stakeholders
• Collaborate with the design team to validate design ideas before development
• Work with technical teams to determine implementation methods and delivery schedules
• Create clear documentation and develop presentations to help the development team understand business needs, problems, and desired outcomes
• Participate in the development cycle from idea to release
• Demonstrate curiosity, strong product intuition, and user empathy
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to persuade and inspire
• Manage multiple products effectively
• Manage sprints, velocity, and schedules efficiently
• Work independently and collaboratively
• Scrum Master certification is a plus
