Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Research, gather, and scope product requirements
  • Survey and interview different stakeholders
  • Define and translate product needs into high-level features, epics, acceptance criteria
  • Document and communicate all essential aspects of the project like objectives, scope, requirements, etc. with the stakeholders involved
  • Work with the design team to validate design ideas prior to development
  • Work with the technical team to determine the best implementation methods and delivery schedule
  • Produce clear documentation and develop presentations to engage with the development team to help them understand the business needs, problems, and desired outcomes
  • Participate in the development process cycle, from idea to release
  • Deep curiosity, strong product intuition, and user empathy
  • Have great communication skills, including the ability to persuade and inspire
  • Ability to manage multiple products
  • Ability to easily manage sprints, sprint velocity, and schedules
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Scrum Master certification is a big asset
