This role requires a passion for process improvement, data analytics, and hands‑on portfolio management.

  • Ensure all changes to components, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and configurations are executed seamlessly with minimal disruption to the customer.
  • Actively engage with customers and sales teams to gather VOC insights and provide data‑driven input into New Product Development (NPD) opportunities.
  • Manage the product roadmap from concept to end‑of‑life, ensuring the portfolio meets current market needs and profitability targets.
  • Champion continuous process improvement initiatives within the product management function to increase speed‑to‑market and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct business reviews with 3rd party vendors as required.
  • Marketing, RFPs & Demand Generation
  • Support the strategic response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and tenders.
  • Assist in ensuring product positioning, pricing, and technical specifications are accurate, competitive, and aligned with brand strategy for all submissions.
  • Execute the go‑to‑market strategy for new products, ensuring Sales, Operations, and Customer Service are aligned for successful commercial launches.
  • Develop marketing business plans, value propositions, and positioning strategies for the portfolio.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to create accurate forecasts and demand plan models.
  • Ensure accurate demand forecasting to support inventory management and supply chain alignment.
  • Analyze margins and pricing to maximize customer value and company profit.
