About the Team

Connect is Stripe’s leading product for marketplaces, on-demand services, ecommerce, invoicing, SaaS, fundraising, and rental platforms. It enables reliable routing of payments between multiple parties, supporting innovative business models and channeling offline payments online.

What you’ll do

As a Product Lead, you will develop strategy, define product requirements, and oversee execution for initiatives serving modern marketplaces and platforms. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and customer teams, and lead a team of product managers, shaping the strategy of Stripe’s core products.

Responsibilities

1. Define and drive the product roadmap for the core Connect product.
2. Devise strategy, steer requirements, and oversee high-impact initiatives.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to build and deploy user-centric products.
4. Build and coach your team on best practices in product development.

Who you are

Minimum requirements include:

• 10+ years as a product manager, managing product managers for 3+ years.
• Experience leading cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Technical background in computer science or leading technical products.
• Proven success in developing new products and improving existing ones.
• Deep user empathy and high standards for user experience.
• Persistent, results-driven approach.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include experience with platform/marketplace and paytech/fintech products.

Work Arrangements

This role can be in-office or remote (35+ miles from an office). In-office employees spend at least 50% of the time in the office; remote employees work primarily from home. Stripe does not cover relocation costs.

Salary and Benefits

The annual US salary range is $268,000 - $402,000, inclusive of base salary and potential bonuses or commissions. Benefits include equity, bonuses, 401(k), health benefits, and wellness stipends.
