We are seeking a Product Software Engineer to help develop the world's leading organizational transformation product for complex workforce planning, M&A, and organizational modeling. Our customers make multi-hundred million dollar plans and decisions using our product, which features a game-like UX.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-stack development, including front-end and back-end
• Engaging with customers to enhance design features and improve user experience

Qualifications

• Deep interest in creating highly interactive and user-friendly web applications
• Motivated and passionate about solving challenging problems
• Experience with complex single-page web applications
• End-to-end performance optimization skills
• Strong JavaScript skills
• Experience with Node.js
• PostgreSQL and query optimization experience
• Previous startup experience

Salary

Base salary: $4,000+ per month on a fixed-term contract.
