Job description

We are recruiting an experienced Product Engineer to join our team to support our client in the automotive industry.

NOTE :

• Must be willing and able to travel to the USA, without restrictions, effective on the start date.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design, develop, and release suspension components and systems for production vehicles.
• Participate in developing vehicle-level functional objectives and establish, achieve component-level objectives.
• Manage components/systems from initial concept through modeling, analysis, validation, and vehicle launch.
• Design components (FMEA), perform analysis (CAE), manage vehicle packaging (NX), ensure model/drawing integrity (Teamcenter), and support development, validation, change management, bill of materials, issue management, joint design, and torque development.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of chassis engineering design and development experience.
• Interest in automotive industry demonstrated through hobbies or college projects.
• Passion for working in the automotive industry.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

• Master's degree in Engineering.
• Experience with problem-solving tools like Red-X.
• Experience with robust design methodologies such as DFSS.
• Proficiency in NX and Teamcenter.
• At least 2 years of suspension design, development, and validation experience.
• Experience with release systems.
