What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work in partnership with our CTO to shape and build our product collaboratively :

• Build Features End-to-End : Take ownership of meaningful product features, from initial concept and design to robust implementation and deployment. You'll see your work directly impact users.
• Guide Product Evolution : Your insights and technical expertise will directly influence key decisions, from feature design and user experience to system architecture and strategic direction.
• Collaborate Openly and Impactfully : Actively participate in discussions about technical direction, product strategy, and problem-solving. We value diverse perspectives and open communication.
• Integrate AI Thoughtfully : Leverage AI tools and principles throughout your development workflow and embed intelligent solutions directly into our product, contributing to our AI-first approach.

Who We're Looking For

• Technical Proficiency : You have a 4+ years experience in well-documented, opinionated frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Ruby on Rails, Django, Spring). Familiarity with Laravel and the TALL stack (Tailwind, Alpine, Laravel, Livewire) is a plus.
• Legal or Dispute Resolution Experience : You have direct experience building products related to dispute resolution, legal-tech, case management, claims processing, or similar areas.
• Product-Centric Mindset : You care deeply about the user experience and thoughtfully consider how technical choices impact the people who use our product.
• Empowered and Collaborative : You are comfortable with autonomy and taking initiative, while also valuing clear communication, constructive feedback, and working effectively within a small experienced team.
• Inclusive Contributor : You appreciate and contribute positively to respectful and inclusive team dynamics, fostering an environment where everyone feels welcome and can thrive.
