Job summary

Access industrial in Rouyn-Noranda is seeking a Product Director for the Mining Equipment line to lead product strategy, act as the technical expert, and drive customer-focused support and demonstrations. You will train staff and customers, gather market feedback, and collaborate with sales, marketing, procurement and development teams in a bilingual French-English environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with mining equipment or related field.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of mining equipment technologies and maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to explain and simplify technical concepts for non-technical customers;
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite;
• Experience with CRM software is considered an asset;
• Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.
