Job summary

Access Industrial is seeking a Product Director for Mining Equipment to lead the technical direction of the product line in Canada. The role requires deep mining equipment knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex concepts for customers and internal teams.

The position involves supporting sales through demonstrations, collaborating with sales, marketing, procurement, and product development, and guiding training for employees and clients on operation and maintenance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with mining equipment or related field.
• Strong knowledge of mining equipment technologies and maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to explain and simplify technical concepts for non-technical customers.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
