Job summary

Cronos Group Inc. is seeking a hands‑on Product Development Manager - Pre‑Roll based in Stayner, Ontario.

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field.
5+ years in product/process development in cannabis or regulated consumer goods.
4+ years of direct people leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of derivative flower, pre-roll, and infused pre-roll development.

Responsibilities

Lead Derivative Flower, Pre-Roll, and Infused Pre-Roll development from concept to commercialization.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing, engineering, QA, regulatory, and supply chain.
Translate insights into development plans, experiments, and technical recommendations.
Oversee project execution, risk, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate technology transfer and scale-up with internal and external partners.
Ensure GMP/QMS compliance and maintain development documentation.
