Globe Electric in Montréal, QC is seeking a dynamic Product Coordinator to join our product development team. You will support the Lighting PD team, coordinate product development projects across departments, and help ensure on-time delivery of high-quality decorative lighting products.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate across Sales, Operations and Marketing.

Qualifications

• DEC or Bachelor’s degree (asset).
• 1–2 years relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support Lighting PD team on new product development strategies and coordinate projects across departments.
• Coordinate marketing materials and sample management.
• Invoice processing and cross-functional communication with Sales, Operations and Marketing.
• Liaise with overseas partners and support product manager tasks.

Job Summary

Our Product Development team provides our customers access to an ever-growing portfolio of thoughtfully created decorative lighting, bulbs, and electrical products. We are looking for a dynamic Product Coordinator with a growth mindset to join our team. We want someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for detail and has a get-things-done mentality.
