Job Summary
Join Groupe Dynamite’s Digital and Product Design team as a Product Designer with 2–3 years of experience. We’re a team of design-minded professionals shaping the future of retail shopping. Our mission is to create standout digital experiences that both delight customers and drive business impact. You’ll work within a collaborative environment alongside Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other cross-functional partners—all while being supported by a hands-on Design Manager.
Main Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, visually engaging experiences across responsive web and mobile platforms;
- Own the end-to-end product design process—from discovery and ideation to polished handoff and QA alignment;
- Collaborate with fellow designers under the guidance of a Design Manager to maintain quality and consistency;
- Navigate complexity to shape practical, user-centered solutions informed by feedback and data;
- Advocate for the customer perspective at every stage of design;
- Contribute to and evolve our Design System to support scalability, craft, and accessibility;
- Identify and pitch product improvements or new opportunities as they arise.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience designing digital products in a professional setting;
- A portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual design capabilities;
- Proficiency in Figma and a solid grasp of design systems;
- Experience collaborating with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers in agile, cross-functional teams;
- Bonus: Familiarity with E-commerce platforms or apps.
