About You
You’re naturally curious and full of empathy—you can step into our users’ shoes and dream up creative solutions that make their lives easier. You’ve got the design skills to back it up and know how to turn ideas into even better designs. Collaboration is your jam, and you’ll be best buds with the tech team in no time. You’re flexible, ready to roll with whatever comes your way. Communication is your superpower—you can speak both “user” and “developer” fluently and bridge the gap between them with ease. You love diving into data, user insights, and testing!

What You Bring:

• A diploma or degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Software Engineering, or something similar.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or Interaction Designer, ideally in an Agile environment focused on SaaS products.
• A strong passion for User-Centric Design, Usability, and Accessibility—you’re all about understanding user needs and business goals.
• Solid knowledge of Material Design guidelines.
• Experience working with Single Page Applications and understanding the Angular Material Framework.
• You’re a Figma whiz and love using Design Systems, auto-layouts, Variables, and Design Tokens.
• You know your way around design methodologies, research, data analysis, prototyping, and user testing.
• Great at working with developers, finding compromises, and making sure your UI mockups are on point.
• Strong communication skills (you can talk design with just about anyone).
• Bonus points if you know a thing or two about marketing, business analytics, or basic HTML/CSS.

What You’ll Do:

• Dive deep into research to understand both user needs and business goals.
• Work with the team to solve design challenges and come up with creative, user-friendly ideas.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and other teams to validate concepts.
• Create wireframes and flowcharts to map out user flows for desktop and mobile.
• Design both low-fi and high-fi prototypes and test them with real users.
• Test for usability and accessibility.
• Make sure your prototypes fit within our tech stack and follow our branding standards.
• Finalize high-fidelity mockups and organize them into clear user flows.
• Keep everything documented for developers.
• Be an active part of design reviews and discussions.
