We’re growing, and we’re looking for someone to step into a newly created role that sits at the intersection of branding, marketing, sales enablement, and product development.

You're early in your career but already showing up like a pro—with big ideas, a sharp eye for design , and the drive to make things happen . With that attitude, you'll help shape how we show up— building our brand, creating marketing materials, supporting our sales team, and playing a key role in elevating our software as it scales to meet a bigger, bolder vision of workplace transformation.

This is not your typical role. We’re looking for someone who can wear many hats :

• You have a creative eye for design and user experience
• You’re organized and process-oriented , able to manage timelines and collaborate with developers
• You’re comfortable liaising with stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams
• You’re not afraid to jump into documentation, branding, presentation decks, and workshop materials
• You’ll help define and uphold brand standards , contribute to strategic design decisions, and ensure that the development process stays on track and delivers real results .

If you’re someone who needs a narrow focus—this probably isn’t the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the creative process as we rebuild and evolve our software platform, ensuring it’s modern, intuitive, and aligned with our brand.
• Collaborate on UX / UI design , helping shape wireframes and user flows that keep the end-user in mind.
• Keep our brand consistent across everything—from product design to marketing materials.
• Create clean, impactful visuals like presentations, mockups, and prototypes to bring ideas to life.
• Work closely with teams across design, development, marketing, and leadership to keep things moving and aligned.
• Bring new ideas to the table—whether it's product features, design improvements, or better ways to tell our story.

What You Bring :

• Has 3+ years of experience in product design, creative direction, or software development projects
• Is energized by impac t and continually pushes to sharpen their saw —always going beyond to get the job done
• Brings an entrepreneurial spirit , takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has a strong sense of design aesthetics and a keen eye for detail
• Is skilled in Canva , with a knack for creating clean, consistent, and engaging visual content
• Has a solid understanding of wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
• Communicates ideas clearly and confidently, with excellent presentation skills
• Has demonstrated experience in marketing, branding, or product storytelling
