Job summary

You will mentor Data Associates, implement data quality improvements, and communicate findings across functions to improve data readiness for quotes, orders and production. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3-5 years data management and processing experience.
• Strong MS Office and Access skills.
• Ability to consolidate, manipulate and analyze large data sets.
• Knowledge of supply chain practices and procedures.
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Green Energy market dynamics and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams responsible for receiving, logging, and converting product data for systems.
• Mentor Data Associates and improve data quality.
• Coordinate data storage, retrieval, and ERP data setup.
• Resolve data integrity issues with engineering and supply chain teams.
• Act as focal point for product data-related technical issues.
• Interact with customers to coordinate data from receipt to info record.
