Job summary

The Humberview Group, including Orangeville Toyota, is seeking a Product Advisor to guide customers through vehicle selections, test drives, pricing, financing, and delivery in Orangeville. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, driving sales, and earning a performance-based annual bonus.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, the role offers growth opportunities across 20 stores and 18 brands, plus comprehensive benefits, team pricing, and a supportive mentorship culture.

Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to guide buyers through vehicle purchase with confidence.
• Passion for Toyota products and willingness to learn.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
• Valid OMVIC certification.
• Previous automotive sales experience not required, but strongly preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale.
• Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
• Maintain professionalism and portray the company in a positive manner.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Complete sales of automobiles while offering additional products and/or services.
• Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
• Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
• Performs other duties as required.

Orangeville Toyota is looking for a Product Advisor (Sales Representative) to add to their team in Orangeville. Orangeville Toyota is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.

Compensation: Annual salary with performance-based volume bonus ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 a year.
