Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week.

Pay Range: Variable commission structure

This role reports to the Sales Manager of the dealership.

A day in the Life

As an Automotive Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey, while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Hyundai brand.

• Engage and assist customers in a professional manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with management.

Success in this role comes from consistent effort, strong follow up habits, and the ability to build trust with customers.

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic with a high level of energy and motivation to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi task and follow up consistently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast paced sales environment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong asset, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eligible to obtain a VSA license.
