Producer I

The future of entertainment is interactive, and our Marketing team plays an important role in this future by building content, culture, and community around our brands. We empower audiences to Play, Create, Watch, and Connect across our franchises and experiences, including The Sims, Battlefield, Apex Legends, and EA SPORTS FC. We’re a multi-functional group with world-class expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem.

The Marketing Producer plays an essential role at the intersection of production and creative. By fostering close relationships with content creators and constantly communicating with partners, you will guide the production of assets from creation to deployment.

Responsibilities

  • You will organize the production and delivery of video and design assets such as Brand Identity, Key Art, trailers, and screenshots.
  • You guide and manage the other team members through ideation, design process, and creative execution.
  • You will connect and maintain a positive relationship with the cross-functional teams.
  • You will create and communicate content production schedules, maintain the tools we use daily, and track all assets and approvals.
  • You will communicate asset vision and creative to the team, and actively update them during the creative process, sometimes across multiple franchises.
  • You will lead asset discussions and meetings with senior partners across brand, dev, comms, strategy, campaign, and video to understand asset challenges better while identifying creative solutions in an actionable way.
  • You will filter notes from the Creative Lead and other partners, ensuring team members understand the feedback and action promptly.
  • You will source in-game assets for vendors, working with game producers to understand asset availability.
  • You will initiate music licensing and composition requests with our music group and confirm usage, timeline, and artist credits.
  • You will send assets to the Legal team and ESRB for review.
  • You will sync with our Localization team to confirm the on-time delivery of localization projects and assets.
  • You can forecast and allocate resources for upcoming fiscal +/- 5 %
  • You can work autonomously; however, you will rely on the Lead Producer for support.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in production (CG, animation, VFX production, or similar).
  • You led content production for a full-cycle integrated creative campaign from concept to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
  • You communicate schedules, status, risks, challenges, and solutions throughout the organization.
  • You work well under time and budget constraints and look for ways to support the team.
  • You are a master of influence, carefully balancing creative excellence with on-time delivery while following budget constraints and looking for savings.
  • You have experience working with developers and vendors.
  • Can distill complex plans down to their path and essential milestones.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally.
