Responsibilities

• Receiving and inventory documentation: Receives merchandise, operates equipment safely, logs and documents accurately.
• Merchandising and sales floor presentation: Maintains displays, signs and pricing, rotates stock.
• Associate leadership and development: Recruits, trains and develops Produce Associates.
• Customer service and sales support: Greets customers, assists with product selection and recommendations.
• Produce SWAS operations: Plans, reviews reports, maintains inventory levels and replenishment programs.
• Claims, shrink, and safety compliance: Handles claims/returns and maintains a safe work area.
• Reporting and administrative support: Maintains inventory tracking and invoices.
• Flexibility: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
