Job summary

You will mentor staff, place orders on time, monitor pricing accuracy, uphold food safety standards, manage budgets including shrink, and resolve customer issues to maintain strong store performance.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• Experience supervising hourly Associates.
• Mentoring and training staff.
• Maintaining pricing accuracy and food safety standards.
• Managing department budgets including shrink.

Responsibilities

• Supervise designated department and mentor hourly associates.
• Order merchandise on time.
• Maintain zero pricing errors and pricing accuracy.
• Adhere to cold chain, thermometer calibration, temperature logging, and food safety procedures.
• Follow marks/price changes, signing, labeling, and clearance procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints to maintain strong public relations.
• Manage department budgets, including shrink.
