Responsibilities

• Adhere to Food Safety Protocols and SOPs.
• Order, receive, prep, and merchandise produce per inventory procedures.
• Provide superior customer service to meet needs.
• Promote featured products to boost store sales.
• Maintain back shop and retail floor according to company standards.
• Prepare customer produce orders as required.
• Process department shrink as required.
• Train junior staff.
• Perform other duties as needed.
