Longo-s is seeking a Produce Assistant Department Manager - Full Time in Vaughan to lead a busy produce section with passion for food and excellence in customer service.

You will mentor team members, coordinate inventory, merchandising, and schedule to meet financial goals while upholding health, safety, and loss prevention standards. Strong communication and leadership are essential in a fast paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a produce department.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with Team Members and Customers.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Ownership to resolve issues with a sense of urgency.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
