Your New Role?

The Purchase Specialist (PS) will be responsible for efficiently procuring materials, equipment, and other necessities for projects and company operations to maximize profitability. The selected candidate will excel in building strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.

The Purchase Specialist (PS) will be responsible for:

1. Sourcing and developing supplier relationships.
2. Leading negotiations.
3. Developing reports and assisting estimators in obtaining project pricing.
4. Assisting with the development and training of our procurement systems.
5. Supporting the Finance (Accounts Payable) team.

What You'll Need to Succeed?

• 3-5 years of procurement experience for large-scale construction projects in Canada.
• Proficient in supplier management and stakeholder management.
• Skilled in purchasing and expediting electrical parts and materials, including wires, conduits, EMT, electrical boxes, and conduit pipes for building electrification.
• Experienced with the purchase order (PO) cycle.
• Proficient in Excel.

What You Will Get in Return?

65-85k Base salary depending on years of experience and interview performance.
