We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Procurement Manager to oversee the sourcing and procurement of technology products and services at FCC. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure that IT needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. Your role will be pivotal in optimizing technology spending while maintaining high standards of service and quality.

This position requires bilingual proficiency in English and French. The successful candidate must be able to communicate fluently in both languages. If a qualified bilingual candidate is not available, a unilingual candidate will be considered and supported in their second official language training. Both bilingual and unilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead and support RFx events within your assigned category, including developing RFxs and conducting sourcing activities.
2. Conduct research and analysis to support a category strategy that delivers savings and efficiencies.
3. Lead and implement category management initiatives, establishing necessary processes and procedures.

What You’ll Need

4. Progress towards or completion of an industry-recognized procurement or supply chain management certification.
