Procurement Analyst – 12-Month Contract – Toronto – Technology Sector

Join a dynamic procurement team in the technology and data center space on a 12-month hybrid contract based in Toronto (2 days onsite per week). This opportunity focuses on financial planning and analysis (FP&A) within procurement, emphasizing reporting, budget tracking, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced Excel-based analysis, reporting, and data visualization
• Maintain procurement savings and budget trackers using Smartsheets
• Collaborate across Finance and Procurement teams to manage headcount, travel, and cost savings reporting
• Lead governance and documentation for savings initiatives

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of analyst experience (preferably 5)
• Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), Smartsheets, PowerBI
• FP&A experience, ideally within procurement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Tech-savvy with proven ability to support decision-making processes

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with executive presentations and running key meetings
• Exposure to tools like travel trackers or similar forecasting platforms
