SaskPower Logistics Warehouse in Regina is seeking a Business Analyst/Procurement professional for a temporary full-time role until 2027. You will support departmental initiatives, document requirements, and translate them into actionable processes and reports.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to design efficient solutions, develop data analyses, and assist in change management to improve programs and systems across the organization.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years of related experience in procurement practices and/or supply chain.
• Knowledge of standard business analysis practices, including requirements gathering and business process mapping.
• Ability to analyze functional/technological information and translate into solutions.
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in evaluating departmental processes, documenting requirements and translating them into functional components and reports.
• Prepare information and data entries across applications and databases.
• Develop and maintain business cases, functional and test strategies and related documentation.
• Conduct assessments and design solutions to meet stakeholder needs for projects.
• Facilitate meetings to gather and document business requirements and act as liaison between business and technical teams.
• Support change management activities related to people, process and technology implementations.
• Produce statistical reports, forecasting and trend analyses as required.
