Job summary

RBC in Ontario is offering a 4-month Winter 2027 Student placement for a Business Analyst. You will participate in and support operational activities of a business unit, under direct supervision, gaining practical experience in documenting processes and stakeholder analysis.

The role focuses on building product/service knowledge, creating process documents, end-user training, and contributing to web content and training materials.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to defined projects or tasks under direct supervision.
• Documenting processes or upgrading existing procedure manuals.
• Developing product or service knowledge and competence in tools and business processes used in the department.
• Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs and support the development of business solutions.
• End-to-end collaborative gathering and documentation of information.
• Experience creating process documents & end-user documentation and training.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of web content, training material, user guides, FAQs, etc.
