Join to apply for the Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist role at High Tech Genesis.

Term: Permanent

High Tech Genesis is hiring a Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist to join the Information Services team. Reporting to the CIO, this role will serve as the main liaison between IS and key business stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

1. Be the key point of contact between IS and key stakeholders in the business, representing the interface to the IS team for the respective solution and service.
2. Adopt a systems thinking approach by viewing the big picture, developing an end-to-end understanding of business processes, and aligning with the vision, demand, and best practices of Information Solutions.
3. Translate IS needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring system requirements are complete and aligned with strategic objectives, while maintaining high quality standards.
4. Support the development, validation, and evaluation of the IS architecture against requirements.
5. Initiate projects including effort estimation according to project management framework in coordination with other IS team members and external partners as needed.
6. Drive the definition and implementation of end-to-end solutions to meet strategic goals considering the service roadmap.
7. Drive the definition and adherence of business case of new solutions and services.
8. Support end-user adoption, Key User development & Training, and business process support.
9. Facilitate company and department procedures.

Minimum qualifications include:

1. University Degree in management procurement and supply chain, Computer Science, or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years of experience in supply chain / procurement solutions related to hardware and software acquisition.
3. Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles.
4. Experience with Microsoft Business Central, AI Simulation, and Digital Twin technologies.

Bonus skills include:

1. Understanding market trends and solutions, assessing existing solutions against them, and influencing the roadmap.
2. Professional designation or expertise in the relevant area, and/or business process analysis certification.
3. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
4. Bilingual in English and French.
