We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant to join our team and provide expertise in the implementation, support, and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain Management modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 (or later) SCM modules, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and define functional specifications for Oracle EBS SCM modules.
Configure, test, and implement Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), and others as needed.
Support SCM-related projects including new implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
Provide day-to-day functional support, troubleshoot issues, and work with Oracle Support as needed.
Create functional documentation including BRDs, FDDs, test scripts, training materials, and SOPs.
Conduct user training and support change management efforts.
Work closely with technical teams (DBAs, Developers) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Participate in system testing (UAT, SIT), data migration, and cutover activities.
Ensure compliance with business policies, IT controls, and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite SCM modules.
Strong functional expertise in at least 2-3 of the following: Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, ASCP, BOM, WIP, Costing.
Experience in end-to-end Oracle EBS SCM implementations or major upgrades.
Solid understanding of SCM business processes and industry best practices.
Ability to write clear and concise functional specifications and test cases.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Oracle EBS R12 certification in SCM modules.
Experience integrating Oracle EBS with third-party systems.
Exposure to Oracle Cloud SCM is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
