Primary-Engineering-and-Constructio is seeking a Procurement Administrator to support procurement, inventory, and material management for utility infrastructure projects across Alberta. You will collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to source, track, and deliver critical materials efficiently.

The role offers exposure to Acumatica and ERP systems, with 1–3 years of purchasing-related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Post-secondary cert/degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Commerce, Logistics or related field is an asset.
• SCMP designation or related supply chain certificates are assets.

Responsabilités

• Process receiving documentation and packing slips in the inventory system.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders from bills of materials.
• Assist with vendor RFP preparation and evaluation.
• Compare supplier quotations to ensure best value, quality, and service.
• Maintain vendor price lists and Acumatica Stock IDs/locations.
• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and warehouse teams to issue picks.
• Track deliveries, support expediting, and update stakeholders on order status.
• Reconcile supplier invoices against POs and receiving docs.
• Generate procurement and inventory reports as required.
• Provide general administrative support to the procurement team.
