Fidelity Canada is seeking a Processing Representative for a fixed contract until May 31, 2027. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with positions available in Toronto and Calgary. Responsibilities include account administration of mutual fund transactions and ensuring timely client communication.
The ideal candidate should have a college diploma and strong English communication skills, with a passion for client experience. Hourly compensation ranges from $26.40 to $32.80 based on experience.
You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
This role has multiple openings. Please note that this position is for contracts ending May 31, 2027. All roles require working rotating shifts – Monday through Friday between 8 am and 8 pm EST for our Processing team. Positions are available in Toronto and Calgary. If you are located in the Greater Toronto Area, this position will be based at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, after which the work location will transition to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.
