  • Comprehensive health and safety standards designed to keep workers safe on the floor.
Responsibilities
  • Read job tickets and work orders carefully to determine proper machine settings, material requirements, and production specifications.
  • Accurately weigh and blend raw materials and ingredients for encapsulating and processing operations.
  • Set up, adjust, and operate specialized processing equipment and capsule filling machines to maintain optimal speed and throughput.
  • Perform continuous in-process checks and inspect finished goods for physical defects or non‑conformances.
  • Perform basic equipment troubleshooting, clear jams, and make minor mechanical adjustments as necessary.
  • Adhere strictly to all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, including safety shoes (CSA tag), hairnets, masks, gloves, and coats.
  • Comply with cleanroom and health guidelines, adhering to strict zero‑jewelry, no false nails or nail polish, and no false lashes rules.

  • Report equipment malfunctions, material defects, or quality deviations promptly to line supervisors.
  • Perform additional material handling, blending, and production duties as assigned by leadership within manufacturing & logistics.
Qualifications
