The Process Technician II at TOPPAN Packaging Canada Corporation in Mississauga plays a critical role in supporting production across Printing, Lamination, and Slitting. The Process Technician II supports high-quality, efficient, and timely production by monitoring manufacturing processes, analyzing waste, coordinating production trials, and identifying opportunities to improve performance across the facility. Working closely with Process Engineering and cross-functional partners, this position supports the three primary production departments—Printing, Lamination, and Slitting—and plays an important role in trial execution, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, quality verification, and continuous improvement. The Process Technician II will be expected to learn and develop proficiency across multiple departments while helping improve productivity, quality, and process performance.
