The Opportunity
The Process & System Improvement portfolio leads impactful change initiatives using LEAN and other methodologies to support continuous improvement. The Provincial Preschool Autism Service (PPAS), a partnership among IWK Health, Nova Scotia Health, Hearing and Speech Nova Scotia, and Autism Nova Scotia, provides family-centred services to preschoolers across Nova Scotia with suspected or diagnosed Autism. The Process & System Improvement Consultant supports strategic planning, high-risk organization-wide change initiatives, and change sustainment, utilizing lean principles, change management, project management, and data management. Reporting will be matrixed with the Manager, Process & System Improvement.
Hours of Work
Monday-Friday, 0830-1630; 37.5 hours per week.
