Job summary

Fluor Canada is seeking a senior process engineer to provide engineering and technical support for moderately complex projects, interfacing with discipline engineers and coordinating work in Vancouver. The role requires a four-year engineering degree and 10 years of related experience, professional registration if required, and strong communication, planning, and training abilities.

Qualifications

Accredited four-year degree in engineering with 10 years of related experience.
Professional certification or registration in the applicable field, if required.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Ability to learn and apply local and national statutes and guidelines.
Attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

Apply knowledge of engineering principles and practices in all areas of assignments.
Assist others on engineering problems and methods.
Use advanced techniques, precepts and practices of process work.
Represent Process Technology in meetings and conferences related to the execution of the Company's projects.
Contribute to planning and coordinating work.
May supervise others and/or be responsible for training of junior engineers/specialists.
Other duties as assigned.
