Job summary

Fluor Canada seeks a senior process engineer to deliver engineering and technical support for complex projects in Vancouver. The role interfaces with discipline engineers and may supervise junior staff while contributing to planning and coordination across teams.

Strong communication and a proactive problem-solving approach are essential. Qualified candidates hold a four-year engineering degree and at least 10 years of related experience, with a focus on safety, quality, and cost-effective

Qualifications

  • Accredited four-year degree in engineering and ten years of work-related experience.
  • Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients and contractors.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and practices for complex projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering and technical support for moderate to complex project assignments.
  • Interface with Fluor discipline engineers and coordinate work.
  • May supervise others and train junior engineers/specialists.
  • Represent Process Technology in project meetings and reviews.
  • Contribute to planning and coordinating project work.
