A leading company in the petroleum-refining industry is hiring a Process Supervisor for its Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina. This permanent role involves overseeing a team of Process Operators, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in a production environment, relevant technical training, and a commitment to safety and reliability.
The Process Operations team is hiring a Process Supervisor on a permanent basis at our Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) in Regina SK, reporting to the Section (Zone) Supervisor III / IV.
You are committed to safe, reliable operations and are looking to contribute to overall efficiency and continuous improvement. This opportunity will help demonstrate your leadership abilities to provide competent direction to Process Operators in Section III or IV in the Process department.

The Team : You will work closely with Process Operators and Process Supervisors. You will lead a team of up to 10 Process Operators and report to the Section (Zone) Supervisor, fostering a culture of efficiency, safety, and collaboration.
