Job summary

Greenfield Global is seeking a Process Operator to join our growing team in a 24/7 plant environment. The role reports to the Production Manager and involves operating process equipment safely and efficiently, performing tests, and verifying processes across the plant and boiler areas.

Shifts follow a continental 12-hour rotation between days and nights, year-round, with training opportunities, health benefits, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education with emphasis on trades.
• 4th or 3rd Class Operating Engineer Ticket is considered an asset.
• Experience in a 24/7 plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates process equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performs testing on process streams and related systems.
• Monitors operations and makes adjustments to maintain equipment within specified ranges.
• Performs start-up and shutdown procedures and other routines.
• Samples and tests process streams and reports deviations.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of process areas and equipment.
• Assists with loading/unloading of raw materials and equipment upkeep.
• Adheres to safety policies and ISO systems.
