Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to scale up products using calendering and processing equipment with trials and parameter adjustments.
• Proven skill in documenting SOPs to ensure stability and repeatability of production.
• Focus on maintaining product quality and process performance over time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the process team, coordinating work and priorities.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Supervise and mentor the process team, ensuring the coordination of work, the tracking of priorities, and the professional development of team members
• Determine the process parameters required to bring products developed in the laboratory into production
• Scale up products to industrial production, particularly using calendering and processing equipment; conduct production trials, analyze results, and adjust parameters as needed
• Define and document standard operating procedures to ensure stable and reproducible production, thereby maintaining product quality and performance
• Ensure the sustainability of process parameters and their long-term maintenance
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams during the transfer of products to production
• Analyze issues related to processing methods and identify necessary adjustments
• Automate the security of critical machine and process parameters and ensure their monitoring and optimization
• Participate in continuous improvement projects
• Support production in health and safety matters
