Job summary

• Investigate customer complaints and internal non-conformities; collect and interpret data to identify root causes.

• Recommend corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate on development and implementation of CAPA programs.
• Monitor implemented actions and assess their effectiveness.
• Identify risks that could lead to similar issues and drive standardization of quality practices.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Conduct and coordinate the necessary investigations to analyze customer complaints and internal non-conformities, then collect and interpret relevant data to determine the root causes
• Distinguish between immediate causes and root causes in order to recommend sustainable solutions
• Recommend measures to correct identified issues and reduce the risk of recurrence
• Participate in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor the actions implemented and evaluate their effectiveness
• Identify potential risks that could lead to similar non-conformities or complaints
• Contribute to the standardization and improvement of work methods that impact quality
