BioScript Solutions is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to lead process mapping, modelling, analysis, and implementation across its growing national network of pharmacies, clinics and patient support programs. You will drive performance monitoring and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver value.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years in change and process improvement, a science/engineering degree, and BPMN 2.0 expertise. Pharmacy operations knowledge is a plus.

The Process Improvement Specialist will play a key role in the ongoing process improvement initiatives of BioScript Solutions. This individual will be involved in process mapping and modelling, analysis, design, implementation and performance monitoring.
Improvement projects could range from helping to plan and implement day-to-day corrective actions, to large-scale transformation projects. This individual will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of process models for our multiple businesses.
